Why Is My Business Listed Here?
Your business is on the official SEAI registered contractor list, and that list is public. We show SEAI-registered installers so a homeowner looking for someone who can carry out grant-eligible work can find you and contact you directly. That is the whole purpose of the listing.
No fee was charged to put you here, and none is owed. We did not take payment from you, and we will not ask for any. Being registered with SEAI is what makes your listing relevant, because it is the one thing that decides whether a homeowner can claim their grant, so a directory of registered installers is genuinely useful to the people trying to find you.

How Do I Correct, Update or Remove My Listing?
Email us at hello@hvacinireland.ie and tell us what you need changed. Email is the preferred route because it gives both of us a dated record of the request.
Send it from the address we hold for your business where you can. That lets us confirm the listing is genuinely yours, so nobody can alter or remove a competitor. We act on listing corrections and removals promptly, within five working days in the ordinary course.
Your information here is drawn from the public SEAI register, and you keep your full rights over it under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018: the right to access the data held, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. We respond to any formal request within the statutory 30 days. Our full privacy policy sets this out, and if you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data you can raise it with the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
On the Register But Not Showing? Get Listed
Listings are built from the official SEAI registered contractor list. If your business is registered with SEAI but does not appear here yet, we are happy to add it, and there is no charge.
Email us your business name, the county you cover and a phone number you want published. Your SEAI registration number is handy if you have it, though we can confirm it against the register ourselves. Once added, homeowners searching your county will find you alongside the rest of the registered installers.
If you would like more than a basic listing, send a logo, a few photos and a short description and we will build out your profile. That is free too.

If you are looking for an installer rather than trying to reach us, you will get there faster through your county. Every listed installer is SEAI-registered, so anyone you find can carry out grant-eligible work. Pick your county and contact installers directly, or start with the finder if you are not sure which system suits your home.
Questions Contractors Ask
Is being listed on hvacinireland.ie free?
Yes. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no commission. Your business appears here because it is on the official SEAI registered contractor list, and it stays here at no cost to you.
Will you sell my details or pass them to anyone?
No. We do not sell contractor or homeowner details to anyone. When a homeowner sends an enquiry through your listing, it goes straight to you. Nothing is sold on and there is no lead broker in the middle.
Where did my information come from?
From the official SEAI registered contractor list, which is public. We show your business name, county and published contact details so a homeowner searching for a registered installer can find and reach you directly.
Why does my listing show a phone number?
So a homeowner can contact you the moment they find you, without a form standing in the way. The number shown is the one already published against your business. If it is out of date, email us and we will correct it.
Do you charge me for enquiries or leads?
No. Enquiries reach you directly and you are never charged for them. We do not count leads, gate them behind a fee, or resell them. What a homeowner sends, you receive.
Can I add my logo, photos and a fuller profile?
Yes. A basic listing is drawn from the register, but you are welcome to send a logo, photos and a description and we will build out your profile. There is no charge for this either.
How do I get my listing removed?
Email us from the address we hold for your business and we will remove it. Sending from that address lets us confirm the listing is genuinely yours, so no one can remove a competitor.
Who runs this site?
hvacinireland.ie is run by Dave Coleman, a sole trader based in Dublin. It is one of a small network of Irish trade directories. You can reach a real person at hello@hvacinireland.ie.
